These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by GOLGOTHA VANGUARD ("we," "us," or the "Company"), an apparel and equipment label headquartered in Auburn, Alabama. By accessing the Services, placing an order, or enrolling in any subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enroll in a recurring provision. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

II. Apparel & Equipment Purchases

All physical goods sold through the Services are offered subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's acceptance of the shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing error.

III. Payment Processing via Stripe

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the designated method for the total amount of your order, including taxes, shipping, and any recurring charges. GOLGOTHA VANGUARD does not store full payment card numbers. Your use of Stripe is additionally governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

IV. The Vanguard Provision - Recurring Subscription

The "Vanguard Provision" is a recurring subscription box billed at eighty-five United States dollars ($85.00 USD) per month, plus applicable taxes and shipping. By enrolling, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a monthly cadence until the subscription is cancelled. You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date through your account portal; cancellations take effect at the close of the current billing cycle. Boxes already dispatched are non-refundable. Contents, valuation, and cadence of each Provision are determined at the Company's sole discretion.

V. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, photography, garment designs, and written liturgy on the Services are the property of GOLGOTHA VANGUARD and are protected by United States and international law. No element of the Services may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purpose without prior written consent.

VI. Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

The Services and all physical goods-including but not limited to weightlifting belts, lifting straps, and athletic wear-are provided on an "as-is" basis. Weightlifting and physical training are inherently dangerous activities. By purchasing our equipment, you explicitly assume all risks associated with its use and agree that the Company is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or medical expenses resulting from product use or failure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months.

VII. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama.

VIII. Promotional Codes, Affiliates & Delivery Disputes

Promotional codes and unique affiliate links are subject to individual expiration dates and item exclusions determined by the Company. Codes cannot be stacked or combined. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from automated coupon-scraping manipulation or unauthorized code distribution. Furthermore, once a shipping carrier marks a tracking number as "Delivered," the Company considers the provision entirely fulfilled. GOLGOTHA VANGUARD is not liable for stolen or missing packages post-delivery.
